Vendor Application for Family Fun Night – April 17, 2020

FREE COMMUNITY EVENT

Metropolitan Performing Arts is opening their doors for an evening of free family fun!

Participate in free acting and music workshops for all ages. There will be character meet and greet with a performance for everyone to enjoy. We finish off the night with face painting and a family friendly movie in the 100 person theater.

Parents can shop local vendors while the kids have a blast at Family Fun Night!

Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

DATE OF EVENT: FRIDAY, APRIL 17, 2020

TIME OF EVENT: 5PM TO 8PM

LOCATION: METROPOLITAN PERFORMING ARTS – 6403 E MILL PLAIN BLVD, VANCOUVER, WA 98661

VENDOR FEE – $99.00 – Proceeds help to support Metropolitan Performing Arts, a 501(c)3 Non-Profit.

Submission Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicants personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
  2. Please select the most suitable table size up to 6 feet.
  3. Outside vendors are responsible for bringing their own table(s). We will provide you with chairs.
  4. If you have been accepted as a Family Fun Night Vendor, you will receive an acceptance email within fourteen days of your application.
  5. Please respond to our acceptance email within three days. If we do not receive conformation that you have received our acceptance email with in the three days, you will have to re-apply.
  6. If you have not been accepted as a Family Fun Night vendor, you will receive a notification email within fourteen days of your application.
  7. If you have submitted to be put on a waitlist, we will only contact you when a space becomes available.
  8. Submissions will not be reviewed in the week leading up to the event.

Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Once you have received our vendor acceptance email, FULL payment of your vendor fee(s) must be paid within seven days. If payment is not received within seven days of receiving your vendor acceptance email, your spot may be filled by another applicant.
  2. Instructions on how to pay your vendor fee(s) will be included in the vendor acceptance email
  3. Once payment for your vendor fee(s) has been received and processed you will be sent (via email) a receipt documenting your payment within seven days.
  4. REFUNDS; (A) If an accepted vendor is unable to attend the Family Fun Night, My Family Guide will only issue a refund if we are able to fill the cancelled vendor spot with another applicant.

(B) For all refunds, a mandatory $5.00 processing fee will apply if cancelled.

(C) If you are a no-show the day of the scheduled event, My Family Guide will not issue a refund and you will be banned from any future My Family Guide Events.

(D) If any of the scheduled events are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all vendors will be refunded the total amount of their vendor fees for each cancelled market. No processing fee will apply.
