If you provide handmade products, crafts, food creations or services for families (ex. photography, sport leagues, health services, daycare services, etc) please register to have a booth at this fabulous event!
To get registered for the Family Market Day, vendors can complete the form online – see the links below.
Once your registration form is submitted (Google Docs), you will receive an invoice with the option to pay online. Vendor spaces cannot be confirmed until both the registration form and fees are received.
Early Bird Pricing – Vendor Booths and Add-On Opportunities Rates will increase an additional $25.00 beginning July 14, 2024. To receive early bird pricing the vendor application and payment needs to be received on or before July 14, 2024 to qualify.

Family Market Day, a free, family-friendly event, will be held at Veteran’s Park, a central hub in Oostburg. Spanning 9+ acres, it boasts a newer constructed bandshell, play structures, covered pavilion, food stand, and sport courts, making it the heart of community events. With its scenic surroundings and ample space, Veteran’s Park provides the perfect backdrop for a day of shopping, entertainment, and community bonding.
About Us
My Family Guide began in 2014 in the Pacific Northwest. It is an online directory and digital resource for local families. In 2023, the owners of My Family Guide transplanted to the Eastern Wisconsin. We are now bringing My Family Guide to this area. Throughout the year we sponsor and coordinate community events with families as our primary audience.
Make a Difference:
A portion of the event proceeds will go towards supporting the Oostburg Community Education Foundation, helping to enhance educational opportunities for students in our community. Your participation directly contributes to the betterment of our local schools and programs.
Vendor Opportunities
Youth Booth (10′ x 10′): Young entrepreneurs can sell their goods (ages 20 and under). Bring own table and tent/canopy – $25 Early Bird / $50 after July 14
Farmer / Homemade Food Booth (10′ x 10′): Local farmers / bakers can sell their goods. Bring own table and tent/canopy – $25 Early Bird / $50 after July 14
Crafter / Handmade Vendor Booth (10′ x 10′): bring own table and tent/canopy – $50 / $75 (after 07/14/24)
Non-Profit (501c3) Vendor Booth (10′ x 10′): bring own table and tent/canopy – $50 / $75 (after 07/14/24)
Professional Business / Direct Sales Vendor Booth (10′ x 10′): bring own table and tent/canopy – $75 / $100 (after 07/14/24)
In-Kind Booth (10′ x 10′): bring own table and tent/canopy – complimentary booth space. Provide a performance and/or service to attendees and receive a complimentary 10′ x 10′ vendor space at the market. Examples: dance or singing performance, face painting, balloon twisting, etc. Must be approved by event coordinator.

Add-On Opportunities
Add Promo Items to Tote Bags: $30 – You supply promo items, coupons, flyers, etc and we fill them in the Tote Bags. Given to the first 100 families. Items due by 07/12/2024
Passport $25: Your logo will be on the passport. Given to all attendees. It’s a great way to increase engagement at your booth. (Deadline July 10, 2024)
