About My Family Guide’s Social Hour
A free networking event for Business to Business, Business to Consumer, or parents that just need some adult interaction!
As business owners and parents we know it can be tough to attend networking events, especially if the kids aren’t allowed. Well, we believe networking is for all ages…so bring the kids!
Parents: Come and connect with local business owners and learn about the services they offer for you and your family!
Business Owners: Want to talk about your business to everyone? Great, just bring a raffle prize and you get the mic!
Bring lots of business cards (or don’t) and just enjoy the evening connecting with new peeps!
DAYS AND TIMES OF EVENTS: Held once a month on a Monday evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
LOCATION: Each month we hold our Social Hours at different locations throughout Vancouver,WA. Every Social Hour is held at a family-friendly business that serves food and drinks.
ATTENDANCE: Varies from month to month but typically 25 – 45 people

Submission Terms & Conditions
- Applicants personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Please select the most suitable table size up to 6 feet.
- Must be set-up and ready by 5:15pm.
- Provide a raffle prize with a minimum value of $20.00 (gift cards, swag items, wine, etc)
- Outside vendors are responsible for bringing their own table(s).
- If you have been accepted as a Sponsor / Vendor, you will receive an acceptance email within fourteen days of your application.
- Please respond to our acceptance email within three days. If we do not receive conformation that you have received our acceptance email with in the three days, you will have to re-apply.
- If you have not been accepted as a Social Hour sponsor/ vendor, you will receive a notification email within fourteen days of your application.
- If you have submitted to be put on a waitlist, we will only contact you when a space becomes available.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Once you have received our vendor acceptance email, FULL payment of your vendor fee(s) must be paid within seven days. If payment is not received within seven days of receiving your vendor acceptance email, your spot may be filled by another applicant.
- Instructions on how to pay your vendor fee(s) will be included in the vendor acceptance email
- Once payment for your vendor fee(s) has been received and processed you will be sent (via email) a receipt documenting your payment within seven days.
- REFUNDS; (A) If an accepted vendor is unable to attend the Social Hour, My Family Guide will only issue a refund if we are able to fill the cancelled vendor spot with another applicant.
(B) For all refunds, a mandatory $5.00 processing fee will apply if cancelled.
(C) If you are a no-show the day of the scheduled Social Hour, My Family Guide will not issue a refund and you will be banned from any future My Family Guide Events.
(D) If any of the scheduled events are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all vendors will be refunded the total amount of their vendor fees for each cancelled market. No processing fee will apply.
