THE LIGHT OF STARS: PORTLAND WINTER LIGHT FESTIVAL 2023

We’re back! Gray February days mean bright nights at this outdoor event celebrating winter and community through creative art installations, brilliant video projections, kinetic sculptures, and top-notch performances.

This free, citywide event will feature anchor installations in multiple locations in Portland. There will be pop-up art in windows, businesses, neighbors’ yards, and unusual spaces, encouraging guests to explore the city and view art.
