We are excited to announce a new First Friday Theme for March – “Welcome to Jurassic Camas!”   Stomp, chomp and ROAR your way through Downtown Camas during this BIG & BOLD interactive, informative and most of all FUN First Friday including:

• “Jurassic Camas Quest” activity throughout downtown merchants–enter to win fun prizes for playing!
• “Dino Dig” including fossils, rocks and gems hosted by Bookish, 335 NE 5th
• Make salt dough fossils and dino tracks with the CHS Green Team
• Jurassic arts and crafts projects
• Art shows and receptions
• After-hours shopping & dining specials
• Face Painting with the CHS Green Team
• Dino Photo ops
  • Also, if you own a blow up dinosaur costume, come to the fountain at 4th & Cedar at 6pm for a fun photo shoot of a Herd of Dinos in Downtown Camas!
• Dress as your favorite dinosaur or shark or prehistoric plant  or ? and be entered to win a special Jurassic themed prize! (note: blow up dinosaur costumes should be worn outside businesses only–those tails you know! :))
• Jurassic inspired games, prizes, and more!
