2nd Annual Hockinson Blueberry Festival
Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, the Hockinson Blueberry Festival is returning to celebrate the area’s blueberry farms and small businesses.Hosted by the Hockinson Main Street Team in collaboration with Hockinson School District, the festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 17 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the corner of 159th and 182nd Avenue in Brush Prairie, WA (downtown Hockinson).We invite anyone interested in taking a beautiful country drive to the best “census-designated place” in the Northwest to enjoy farm fresh berries and meet the farmers who grow them.Participating vendors include:-Majestic Farms Blueberries (fresh blueberries)
-Prairie Berry Farm (fresh blueberries)
-Barn Dog Flower Farm (flower arrangements, farm merchandise)
-Good Year Farms (native plants)
-Half Moon Farm (honey beeswax candles)
-Hockinson Market (Blueberry Milkshakes using local blueberries)
-Hockinson Heights Elementary School Garden Club (lavender bundles)
-Heirloom Family Micro Farm (produce)
-Kreations By Kiely (soaps and bath bombs)
-Hummingbird Hill Farms (fresh blueberries)Blueberry coffee cake, popcorn, and blueberry lemonade will also be available.Masks are not required, but organizers ask that those attending observe social distance guidelines. Anyone feeling sick or who has been exposed to someone who is sick should stay home.See you there!Related
