Humane Academy

Have your animal-loving middle schooler join us this fall at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington’s Humane Academy. During this 8-week classes we will explore the work of our shelter and spend some time getting to know the resident animals! Through lessons, service projects and one-on- one time with the dogs and cats we will learn what it takes to keep a successful animal shelter working. The first session of classes meet Tuesdays from 6pm-7:15 pm from Sept 21- Nov. 9th. Cost is $125 a session.
