Winlock Egg Days

Attention everyone! It’s time to celebrate the Year of the Egg at Winlock Egg Days!

Join us on Saturday, June 17, 2023, for a day of egg-citing activities and fun for the whole family!

From egg-themed games and contests to delicious food and drinks, there’s something for everyone at this year’s Winlock Egg Days.

Don’t miss out on the egg-tastic parade, where you’ll see some of the most creative egg-inspired floats you’ve ever seen!

There will be live music and entertainment throughout the day, so bring your dancing shoes and get ready to boogie to some egg-cellent tunes! And of course, no celebration of the Year of the Egg would be complete without a visit to the World’s Largest Egg!

So gather your family and friends, and come join us for a day of egg-straordinary fun at the Winlock Egg Days! We can’t wait to see you there.

ABOUT EGG DAYS

On August 13, 1921 a road between Winlock and Cowlitz Corner was completed. There was a big celebration commemorating the event, and since Winlock was becoming quite a famous poultry center, they decided to call the celebration “Winlock Poultry and Egg Day.” There were about 1,000 people present at the celebration. Otis Roundtree was the General Chairman for the event. After the celebration, it was decided to make this an annual event, which was done.
